Meet the REVENOIR Team
RUBA KHAN
MANAGING DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER | MELBOURNERuba is the managing director and co-founder of Revenoir, responsible for aligning marketing and sales around a single number: revenue. She comes from B2B technology marketing, with a decade building the operating model that gets growth functions pulling in the same direction, including in organisations where marketing and sales had every incentive not to. That alignment work delivered a program generating 70% of closed-won business from inbound, consistently, for three years, proof that the friction between revenue teams is usually the actual blocker, not the strategy. At Revenoir she brings that same playbook to clients: the shared targets, handoffs and operating rhythm that turn two disconnected teams into one revenue engine.

CHRIS TRAN
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER | MELBOURNEChris is the technical director and co-founder of Revenoir, responsible for the technical infrastructure that makes GTM programs actually work. He comes from enterprise solution architecture and presales, with a decade across cloud, security, and data platforms in financial services, healthcare, and government. He's doubled CRM data completeness from 40% to 80% and cut quoting workflows from days to same-day — the kind of unglamorous fixes that decide whether a revenue team can trust its own numbers. At Revenoir he untangles the tech that holds marketing, sales and product back: broken CRMs, disconnected integrations, unreliable measurement, and bloated software stacks.
WHY WE STARTED REVENOIR
Revenoir comes from revenire, the root of revenue itself: to come back, to return. Most B2B companies have more of it coming back to them than they can see. It's sitting in a CRM no one trusts, a handoff that drops leads, a system nobody's mapped end to end. Revenue in the dark.
We started Revenoir because we kept seeing the same story from two different sides, both of us in-house, both of us living with the consequences of the systems we were handed.
Chris was the one enterprise teams called when the tech stack couldn't produce a number anyone believed. Ruba was the one carrying an inbound revenue number in an organisation where marketing and sales had already broken down.
Different problems, same root cause: the systems and the people running them weren't built to work together. We built Revenoir to be the thing we never had: one team that can see the whole engine, the architecture and the alignment, the tech and the people. Not another audit that names the problem and leaves. The people who stay long enough to fix it.
